Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
Perishable food items and opened products are non-refundable and non-returnable for health and safety reasons.
If an item is damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
