Hyperama currently ships orders within Canada only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on the location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email where available.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Perishable food items and opened products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
